Silhouette® Shadings

Silhouette® Shadings are window coverings that have two layers of fabric, with soft fabric vanes in between. The vanes provide privacy and UV protection when closed, but when open, shades let in a soft, diffused light.

Silhouette® Shadings consist of two layers of fabric, available in either Translucent or Room Darkening styles, that are separated by a series of delicate, floating vanes made from soft fabric. These vanes provide excellent privacy and 99% UV protection when they are closed. However, when the vanes are open, they allow light to filter through the shades, resulting in a gentle, diffused glow.
